Lux Lox Salon has implemented a new booking policy, in order to schedule an appointment, a verified credit card will be required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours or more. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a non-reFUNDABLE cancelation fee. Thank you for your understanding.

For better results and time efficiency, here are some tips to keep in mind before visiting the salon:

1. Come with clean hair. We need a clean palette to ensure color takes appropriately.
2. If you have extremely curly hair, please try to smooth it out with either a round brush or blow dryer prior to your appointment.
3. Please avoid wearing your best outfit. Although we try to practice cleanliness, it's hard to avoid possible color and/or bleach stains in the process.
4. Bring one to three photo references to show what look you're inspired by. This will ensure you and your stylist are clear on what the finished result should be. Showing more than three photos may cause miscommunications.

If You're Running Late:

Typically, arriving 15 minutes past your appointment is too late because we work in 30 minute intervals at the salon. Keep in mind if you are running late, it causes the salon to run behind schedule for the rest of the day and inconveniences others.

If you are running 15 minutes late, we unfortunately need to reschedule your appointment and will lose your deposit. It is unfair for the next client to be pushed back and interrupt their schedule.

Salon Experience

In an effort to accommodate, and to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we require that you attend your appointment alone. Guests whom arrive at their appointment with friends or family whom do not have an appointment, including young children, you will kindly be asked to reschedule the appointment to a later date and will be charged a cancelation fee for the appointment.

Smoking is not permitted within 15 feet of our front door.

Retail Return Policy

Retail product(s) must be returned within 30 days from delivery.

LL Salon will inspect all returned product(s) that are; un-sealed, have evidence of tampering, and/or damage, which will result in denial of product(s) refund.

Return shipping must be paid for by customer. Upon receipt of product, full refund on cost of product(s) (not including shipping) will be reimbursed to the card used to make initial purchase.

Refunds will be processed within seven days of receipt of returned product(s)
