- Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee, which will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee, which will be charged to the payment method provided.
# 4. Payments
- Pricing: All prices for services are listed on our Site and may be subject to change without notice. Prices listed at the time of booking will be honored.
- Payment Methods: Payments for services can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods accepted by our third-party payment processors (Square, GlossGenius, etc.).
- Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

- Purchase: Gift cards for our services can be purchased through our Site or in person at our salon.
- Redemption: Gift cards are non-refundable and may only be used for services provided by Lux Lox Salon. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- Expiration: Gift cards do not expire and have no service fees.
